Description
The family at Grampa Kissinger’s in Elkhart Lake have been tapping maples for 5 generations, and recently started barreling some syrups in bourbon barrels. This coffee displays unique sweetness from the maple syrup that is nicely balanced with a bolder roast. Initially bright and sweet. Flavours of buttery caramel are followed by noted of hazelnut and bourbon.
